These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the okbetphl platform, including account registration, gameplay, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and all related services. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the okbetphl platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. okbetphl is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
okbetphl is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbetphl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal . Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by okbetphl are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. okbetphl's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbetphl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okbetphl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okbetphl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
okbetphl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of serious breach, okbetphl may forfeit any balance remaining in your account.
You may close your okbetphl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that self-exclusion is a separate process from account closure — if you are closing your account due to a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool instead.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the okbetphl platform ceases immediately. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent okbetphl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
